Let us help reveal the athlete in you! (We can bring this out in anyone!) What activity have you always wanted to try, but never have? Or maybe you have a specific athletic goal in mind that would keep you excited and motivated such as to run your first 10Km fun run, to train for a triathalon or a cycling event, or to conquer a particular mountain hike!

We will ensure you reach your goal while having fun in the process. Jogging on the beach, forest workouts, ocean kayaking, in-line skating, golf or tennis conditioning, road or mountain biking, and hiking are some of the outdoor activities that we regularly incorporate into one-on-one fitness sessions.

We also offer group outdoor conditioning with the PowerPlay bootcamp series.
